Freshness Guarantee

All our coffees are roasted in small batches. We aim to roast all our coffee to order, but there may be times when the coffee has rested before being shipped. This is perfectly normal and will not affect the quality of the coffee. Some coffees need a little more time to rest and release gas before their flavour profile peaks! Coffee flavour profile is at its best typically 1 to 2 weeks after the roast date.  We recommend consuming fresh coffee within 4~8 weeks of the roast date for the best flavour. For pre-ground coffee it’s recommended to consume within 2~6 weeks of the roast date for the best flavour.

Return Policy

Consumable Goods

Due to the consumable nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on coffee. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item, damaged in transit), please contact us within 7 days and we’ll do our best to put it right. Please contact us by email at info@copperandoakcoffee.co.uk in this instance. We aim to resolve any issues.
